People use certain phases to stifle, hurt and even seek to intimidate

Here are the Eleven for you to consider NOT SAYING anymore:

  1. “I told you so.”
  2. “I know how you feel.”
  3. “Good luck with that.”
  4. “It’s not my fault.”
  5. “It’s all in your head.”
  6. “That was stupid.”
  7. “You always” or “You Never”
  8. “Everything happens for a reason.”
  9.  “As I said before.”
  10. “With all due respect.”
  11. “Whatever.”
