7 Leadership Lessons Men Can Learn from Women

11 05 20

Men continue to dominant the power, positions, and purposes of business enterprises.
Men are prone to not just listen and just let women lead.
Lessons on how to learn leadership from women still escape many men.
No where is this more apparent & visible than in automotive & transportation management & ownership.

Things are changing gradually but not as seem to be needed and justly.
Women have less than 30% of the jobs and 10% of the key leadership & management positions.

The seven action-ables provide some invaluable input or lessons for men to adopt and act on with dispatch.
Click on the links in SOURCES below and you can find and ingest the detail behind each of these 7 lessons.

  • Don’t lean in when you’ve got nothing to lean in about.
  • Know your own limitations.
  • Motivate through transformation.
  • Put your people ahead of yourself.
  • Don’t command; empathize.
  • Focus on elevating others.
  • Don’t say you’re “humbled.” Be humble.

And Oh– As the authors relate: “Don’t be upset by reading” the entire content of each action on the list.
