Water Management 

SITUATION
Conservation levels remained lower than 15 % target;
Increased consumption of water is increasing since March 2020;
Reservoir levels are low; Shifts in water cycles;
March 2020 was particularly wetter & warmer than previous;
Snow pack peaked in April, month ahead of schedule;

WORKING SOLUTIONS
North Coast did experience a 4.3% reduction in water use;
Districts now want a 35% reduction
Drought proposal about to be announced (in May)
Mother Nature is reminding us that drought is forthcoming;

STATS:
Mar 2020 was high water usage;
Lowest snowpack since 1950
