The energy company and the City of Lancaster, CA have developed project to produce hydrogen fuel from waste paper. Project is to develop a cheap hydrogen fuel that has lower gas emissions. The idea has a lot to prove and funding is needed but this could show that recyclables can be source of fuel and good economics.
